• BB = Bed and breakfast
• HB = Half board
• All prices are per person and day
• For a reservation we ask for a deposit of Euro 50.- per person and night
• The deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation, no-show or early departure (pursuant to Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code)
• Rooms: are smaller rooms for two, three, four, six or eight people
• Pillows, blankets, comforters and bed linen are provided
• Washrooms/WC: Washrooms for personal hygiene and toilets are located on the floor
• Showers: two showers each for men and women with hot water are available for a fee of 4 euros
• Children up to their 12th birthday: 20% discount
• Dog (only on request): 18 Euro/day

For organisational reasons, we ask you to notify us immediately of any cancellations or changes to the reservation. This will enable us to guarantee accommodation for another guest. The deposit (caparra) will be retained in any case.

The deposit (caparra) will not be refunded under any circumstances. In the event of cancellation within 10 days of arrival, the deposit (caparra) will be retained for one night subject to availability until the end of the current season and by prior arrangement. Otherwise, in the event of cancellation after this date, the full amount of the deposit (caparra) will be retained. The amount can NOT be transferred to other existing reservations.

If there are fewer participants than the number booked on the day of arrival, the deposit (caparra) will be retained for each absent participant. Similarly, if the number of participants is reduced compared to the initial booking, the deposit (caparra) will be deducted from the overnight stay of the other participants, provided that the cancelled beds can be resold.

Please don't forget to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Something can happen before you start your trip, with our trip cancellation cover you are financially protected. Should you arrive late or not at all for a booked hotel stay, or should you leave early, cancellation fees may be charged. To protect you from any expenses in such cases, we recommend that you take out this travel cancellation insurance so that these are covered by European travel insurance.
