• For same-day bookings, we kindly ask you to call us.
• Half board includes overnight stay with breakfast and a set menu in the evening.
• You are welcome to convert your half board to bed and breakfast directly on-site and instead dine à la carte.
• Pillows, blankets, duvets, and fresh bed linen are provided and included in the price.
• Washrooms for personal hygiene and toilets are located in the hallway.
• For rooms without a shower, there are two separate showers for ladies and gentlemen with hot water available for a fee of 5 euros.
• Children receive a 20% discount up to their 12th birthday.
• Dogs (only on request): 20 euros/day. We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed during the high season from June 21 to mid-September.
• When making a reservation, we ask for a deposit.
• In case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure, the deposit will not be refunded (in accordance with Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code).

We kindly ask you, for organizational reasons, to inform us immediately of any cancellations or changes to your reservation. This allows us to offer accommodation to other guests.

In case of cancellation at least 10 days before the arrival date, the deposit remains valid for a different stay within the same season. In case of later cancellation, the full deposit will be retained and cannot be transferred to another date.

If the number of participants is changed in writing at least 5 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully deducted for the guests present.

If, on the day of arrival, fewer guests than booked arrive, or if the change in number of participants was communicated less than 5 days before arrival, the full price for the absent participants will be charged.

We therefore recommend considering a travel cancellation insurance in case of need.

The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Dinner: table seating between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM
